Edify Test Prep Program
Adaptive, data-driven test prep that runs on autopilot — AI-powered diagnostics, a personalized study plan built by the system, and thousands of practice questions that adapt to your student in real time.
Most test prep is generic. Ours starts with a diagnostic that shows exactly where your student stands — then builds a personalized path to their target score.

Every student starts with a comprehensive placement test that reveals skill levels by topic and subtopic — so prep is targeted from day one.
Students get step-by-step hints during practice and receive personalized "what went wrong" summaries after every session.
The platform builds a custom study plan based on each student's diagnostic results, adapting as they improve.
Edify counselors and parents get live dashboards showing score trends, time studied, topics mastered, and areas needing attention.
The platform automatically assigns targeted practice by topic, missed questions, or full tests — all auto-graded with detailed item analysis.
Shareable progress reports keep families informed at every stage — no more guessing whether prep is actually working.
Whether your student needs full guided support or a structured self-prep platform, we have a format that fits their learning style and timeline.
Fully adaptive · Self-paced · AI-guided
For students who need more time after completing the program
For students who have exhausted self-prep and still need a score boost
The Edify SAT & ACT program is built to run on autopilot — the platform does the heavy lifting through adaptive diagnostics, AI-guided practice, and automated progress tracking. If your student completes the program and still needs a score boost, extended platform access is available for up to 6 months. Only if that is still not enough do we step in with 1-on-1 targeted improvement recommendations based on your student’s actual data.
It depends on the student. The SAT tends to favor students who are stronger in reading comprehension and algebra; the ACT has a Science section and slightly different pacing demands. The best way to decide is to take a diagnostic for both — which Edify can arrange — and compare the results. Your counselor will also factor in your school list and any test-optional considerations.
For most students, we recommend beginning no later than the spring of junior year, with the goal of having a strong score in hand by fall of senior year. Students aiming for 200+ point improvements or applying to highly selective schools should start earlier — ideally sophomore year or the summer before junior year. Your Edify counselor can help you map out the right timeline.
Generic prep programs give every student the same content. The Edify program starts with a diagnostic that surfaces exactly where your student needs work, then automatically assigns practice targeted to those specific gaps. The system adapts in real time as your student improves — a fundamentally more efficient use of prep time than working through materials that cover things your student already knows.
For the SAT, students targeting significant score improvements should complete 8–10 full-length mock tests. Mock tests reveal pacing issues and stamina problems that topic practice alone cannot address. Your Edify counselor and tutor will determine the right testing cadence based on your student’s baseline and timeline.
Yes. The platform is accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile, so students can practice wherever they are. Full-length mock tests are best completed on a desktop or laptop to mirror the actual testing experience.
Yes — and we strongly recommend it. Integrated prep means your testing timeline, score goals, and school list are all coordinated through a single counselor. This avoids situations like applying test-optional to schools where a strong score would have helped, or missing testing windows that align with application deadlines.
The Edify Test Prep program is powered by an industry-leading adaptive practice platform providing the diagnostic engine, question bank, AI-guided learning, and progress reporting behind every student’s prep experience.
