Work with top startups and NGOs on real-world projects or go further with a CEO mentor from a FAANG background. An 8-week internship experience built for ambitious students.
The Edify High School Internship Program places students inside high-growth startups and mission-driven NGOs, working on meaningful projects with direct supervisor guidance over 8 weeks.
Intern at startups and NGOs on projects aligned with your interests — marketing, coding, data analysis, research, and more.
Our flagship track pairs you directly with a startup CEO from a FAANG (Facebook, Google, etc.) background for high-impact work.
5–10 hours per week of structured work with weekly supervisor check-ins — manageable alongside school commitments.
You choose your area of interest — tech, finance, healthcare, social impact, and more — and are matched to a company accordingly.
The Combination track adds a mentored research paper to the internship, ideal for students who want both work experience and academic depth.
Demonstrated professional experience and real project outcomes are among the most compelling additions to a college application.
All tracks include an 8-week placement with a real company. Select the level of mentorship that matches your ambition.

Full financial aid is available for students with demonstrated need for the Internship track. Families earning under $50,000/year typically qualify, though exceptions are possible. Select the financial aid option in the application.
You get to work alongside a mentor who guides you, pick the company and field you’re genuinely interested in, and take on real projects with real deliverables. These are the kinds of experiences that genuinely show up on college applications and resumes, and give you direct access to managers and CEOs in a way most students never get.
The program is fully online! Our team itself operates remotely across multiple countries.
The internship will be fully virtual and will run for a period of 8 weeks. Interns usually require 5-10 hours a week to work on assigned tasks and to meet company management.
The program is designed to deliver tangible results without demanding day-to-day work!
Certainly, our program offers four cohorts annually: spring, summer, fall, and winter. If you’re unable to join this cohort, please feel free to apply for the next one!
Interns engage in diverse projects depending on their interests, project scope, and the host company.
Some examples of projects our interns have worked on include strategy development, market analysis, cybersecurity, and coding MVPs.
