What is the frequency of student meetings?

We provide a fully comprehensive, hands-on approach with unlimited communication available. However, for students who may benefit from additional support and guidance—particularly those who tend to be more passive in their engagement—we ensure regular check-ins at least bimonthly to monitor progress on their deliverables and maintain accountability.

How many students does your team work with each year?

We maintain strict enrollment limits for each grade level to ensure quality service. While priorities and deliverables vary across different grade levels, we make every effort to ensure all goals are met for each student. When we reach full capacity, we create a waitlist to manage future admissions.

What is the refund policy and when is the service fee due?

Payment is required in full upfront. Refunds are not available after the third meeting, though we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis when extenuating circumstances exist.

Who handles essay editing and do you employ contracted workers?

All services are provided in-house to ensure consistently high-quality output. We do not subcontract any of our services to external providers.

How long has your company been in operation?

We established our company in 2018 and have served hundreds of families throughout Silicon Valley. The majority of our clients are technology industry professionals who attended university outside the United States and seek guidance from experts familiar with the U.S. education system to help their children achieve their academic goals.

What grades/ages do you work with?

We offer comprehensive consulting services starting from freshman year through senior year of high school, providing age-appropriate guidance and support throughout the entire high school journey.

Do you offer services for transfer students or international students?

While our primary focus is on traditional high school students, we can adapt our services to meet the unique needs of transfer and international students. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

How do you help with test preparation (SAT/ACT/AP)?

We create customized test schedules based on each student’s strengths and goals. This includes identifying areas for improvement, determining optimal test dates, and providing ongoing analysis of past performances to maximize scores.

What happens if we need more than 10 college applications?

Our standard package includes up to 10 colleges, with all CSU and UC schools counting as one. Additional colleges that require unique supplemental essays are available at an additional ost.

Do you provide financial aid and scholarship guidance?

Yes, we assist with reviewing and analyzing college acceptance packages, including financial aid offers and scholarship opportunities, to help families make informed decisions.

How early should we start working with you?

We recommend starting as early as freshman year to maximize the benefits of our comprehensive planning approach. However, we can work with students at any stage of their high school journey.
